Do I need a business Instagram account?
Yes. Instagram only allows publishing via API to business or creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page. We walk you through converting it.
Can clients connect their own accounts?
Yes. Agencies send a secure onboarding link; the client signs in to their own Google and social accounts without sharing passwords.
What if a platform changes its rules?
We maintain the integrations. If a platform changes what is allowed, we update the app and let you know.
