This page explains how to delete your Local SEO Ranker account and the data associated with it, what is deleted, what is retained and why, and how long it takes. It applies to the web app, our iOS and Android apps, and to Google and other third-party data connected to your account. Local SEO Ranker is operated by Devtech, LLC.
Delete your account yourself (fastest)
Web app
- Sign in at app.mylocalseoranker.com.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Click Delete account, confirm your password (or 2FA code), and confirm deletion.
iOS and Android apps
- Open the app and tap your profile icon.
- Tap Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. If you have an active App Store or Google Play subscription, cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings as well; deleting your account does not automatically cancel store-billed subscriptions.
Only the account owner can delete an account. Team members and agency clients can remove themselves from an account under Settings → Team or ask the account owner to remove them.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email info@mylocalseoranker.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address on your account, or call (216) 296-3191. We will verify that you control the account (typically by sending a confirmation link to the email or phone number on file) and then process the deletion. We will confirm by email when it is complete.
Delete specific data without closing your account
- Job photos, videos, and posts: delete them individually or in bulk from the Media or Posts screens. Deleting media in Local SEO Ranker removes it from our storage; you can choose whether to also remove the published copy from Google Business Profile, connected social accounts, and your website, or leave those copies in place.
- End customer contacts: delete contacts from the Contacts screen. Opt-out records are retained (see below).
- Google data: disconnect Google under Settings → Integrations, or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We stop syncing immediately and delete cached Google Business Profile data (listing details, reviews, insights, media metadata) within 30 days.
- Social media and website connections: disconnect under Settings → Integrations; stored access tokens are deleted immediately.
- Locations: delete a location to remove its listing data, posts, and reports.
What happens when you delete your account
Immediately: your account is deactivated, you and your team lose access, all scheduled posts and messages are cancelled, integrations are disconnected, and stored third-party access tokens (Google, social, CRM, website) are revoked and deleted.
Within 30 days: your account remains in a recoverable state in case you deleted it by mistake. You can restore it by emailing us within this window.
Within 90 days of deletion: we permanently delete or de-identify your personal information and content from our production systems, including profile details, business and location data, job photos and videos, posts, contacts, message content, reports, and analytics. Backups containing your data are overwritten on a rolling basis within a further 35 days.

Content on third-party platforms. Photos, videos, posts, and review replies that you published through Local SEO Ranker to Google Business Profile, social networks, or your own website live on those platforms. Deleting your Local SEO Ranker account does not remove them; you can remove them before deleting your account using the option described above, or directly on each platform afterward.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Local SEO Ranker
Businesses use our platform to store contact details and send messages to their customers. The business controls that data. To have your information deleted, contact the business directly. You can also reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving messages, or email info@mylocalseoranker.com and we will forward your request to the business and help them respond. Note that we retain opt-out records so that you are not messaged again.
